Hi, I am Thasleena.

Let me write two lines about my parents. My mother is an expert cook, and my father was always careful to make our dinner table rich with variety. She would always prepare delicious dishes. Despite his busy business schedule, my father was always involved in the household chores. Apart from being a good cook, my mother is also an excellent host.

From a young age, I developed a deep interest in cooking and learned the art of cooking from my mother. I take great pride about my place and its flavors. As a homemaker, I’ve long wanted to do something. My husband, son, and daughter are good encouragement.

This is my humble attempt to share my experiences—what I have seen, heard, and tasted—as a native of Kozhikode.
